Our Story

Community Inspired Alliance for Women began with a simple yet powerful idea: that every woman and girl, regardless of her background, deserves the chance to thrive. Founded by [Your Name], our organization was born from a deep commitment to bridge the gaps left by traditional mentorship models. We saw the strength and potential in marginalized communities but recognized the lack of hands-on, relational support.

Unlike distant or transactional approaches, we chose to stand in solidarity with the women and girls we serve—meeting them where they are, listening to their needs, and creating programs that resonate with their lived experiences. From mentoring workshops to empowerment events, our work is driven by empathy, cultural awareness, and a relentless belief in their potential.

Today, we’re proud to partner with organizations like Target, Walmart, and the Dallas Police Department to amplify our impact. But our true success lies in the stories of the women and girls who’ve found their voice, reclaimed their power, and broken generational cycles—because we didn’t just mentor them. We walked with them, every step of the way.

Meet Our Founder

Felecia is the Founder and CEO of Community Inspired Alliance for Women, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls in marginalized communities. With over 15 years of service, she has been a driving force in helping them break through barriers and step into their purpose.

Through her signature mentoring program, The Contagious Woman, Felecia equips women and girls with the tools to recognize and overcome self-sabotaging behaviors, enabling them to live with intention and purpose. Her passion for transformation shines through in her annual workshop series, The C.H.A.T. Room, where she provides the guidance and encouragement needed to help others thrive.

In recognition of her profound impact, Felecia was named a 2023 Black Future Maker by AT&T’s Dream in Black program. As one of just four female recipients, she was awarded a $25K grant for her outstanding contributions to culture and community advancement.
